A method was sought to give loan officers and relationship managers the ability to quickly create custom sales sheets targeted to the correct customer segment.

Requirements – Field personnel and branch mangers needed to be able to select the sales sheet targeted to the chosen audience and product, and customize it with their contact information. Also needed was a way to create customer co-marketing materials to be used with real estate professionals.

The Solution – With Dynamic Marcom, branch personnel select the appropriate sales sheet from a pre-approved bank of choices, based on login and the answers to a few questions. All sales sheets are then customized and automatically populated with the appropriate contact information and included photo, with the end product being print-ready PDFs.
