Senior Software Engineer

Since 2005, Vikram has developed software solutions for USFI and our clients. Today, Vikram supports the back-end warehouse management for our Distribution Centers, performing all updates, managing reporting and integration. Before USFI, Vikram worked with Ford Motor Company as a Java software developer. Prior to his stint at Ford, he was a LISP programmer in the Physics Lab at the State University of New York at Stonybrook, from which institution he received his MS-ECE. Vikram earned his bachelor degree from the College of Engineering in Pune, India.

Benjamin Ibekwe

Manager of Operations

Joining USFI in October 2004, Benjamin’s primary responsibilities are the management and supervision of specific client receipts and all outbound process. Prior to working with USFI, Benjamin worked for nine years as a warehouse supervisor at Osram Sylvania and as a regional supervisor at Exxon Corporation. Today, he develops and oversees the implementation of procedures and protocols as they pertain to inbound and outbound shipments, and ensures that only the best processes are utilized by warehouse staff.

Danny joined USFI in May 2008. He ensures continuous improvement of all inventory control and distribution logistics development. Danny is a key contributor to all clients with his ability to recognize opportunities for operational efficiencies, fashion solutions and communicate them effectively to our associates. Prior to joining USFI, Danny managed and managed distribution centers at CompuCom Systems, R-Star Technologies and Home Interiors and Gifts, where he served as Operations Training Manager. Danny possesses a bachelor of  arts.

Logistics Account Executive

Brian joined USFI in August 2000 as an Account Manager. He currently oversees several staff who manage production, coordination and warehousing for clients in the telecommunications, retail, mechanical construction and manufacturing industries. Brian is committed to each client’s business as if it were his own, finding satisfaction in doing whatever is necessary to achieve targeted results. Prior to joining USFI, Brian worked with a regional paper supplier, creating timely solutions for all manner of printing projects.

Rowdy has been in the IT industry for more than 18 years and has worked in all areas of technology, including Database Systems, Business Intelligence, Software/Product Development, Network Infrastructure, IT Operations and Resource Management. He has significant background in creating solutions for clients in the telecommunications, consulting and retail industries. Rowdy has more than 10 years of Senior IT management experience and draws upon it daily to provide a top-notch level of service to our clients.

Director of Logistics and Supply Chain

A seasoned veteran of the logistics “revolution” of the past four decades, Dan began his career as a Distribution Center Manager for Nestle Co. and subsequently developed logistics, warehousing and back office solutions for Abbot Laboratories, FoxMeyer Drug Company, Red Line Healthcare and Home Interiors and Gifts as Vice President of Distribution and Compliance. Dan is instrumental in creating and adapting logistics solutions for USFI’s full range of clients, from direct marketers to national retailers to resorts, hotels and flags. Dan joined USFI in April 2008.

Steven has been in the IT industry since 1990, when he joined USFI. A member of our senior management team, he manages USFI’s technology initiatives, infrastructure and personnel. Steven has a long history in data analysis and what has come to be called data mining. Possessed with a keen business acumen, Steven shares his accumulated knowledge of the key industries we serve with clients and co-workers alike. Steven holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Colorado State University.

As Senior Director of Creative and Marketing for USFI, Steve Ealy develops conceptual solutions to address real-world marketing challenges, and then brings those concepts to life in the form of advertising, collateral and public relations in both traditional and “new” media. A veteran of major advertising agencies and client-side marketing, Steve has created campaigns for JCPenney, Pepsi, KFC, Wendy’s, American Airlines, Verizon, MetroPCS and many others.
