Single point of contact. Your business has a strong advocate in USFI. One who sees every project through from start to finish. You deserve a friend like this.
We all know of ad agencies that are primarily in the business of self-promotion. No matter which client an ad or website is for, the real audience seems to be a panel of judges somewhere.
USFI is different. For more than 25 years, the company has consciously absorbed the cultures of its clients, in order to speak with each client's voice to its prospects. Founder and CEO Faisal Ahmad believes, "If we truly take care of our clients, our business will take care of itself." As a result, USFI has become a valued partner to clients in a dozen industry categories, providing a broad range of print and new media services. USFI has stayed behind the scenes, and focused on meeting clients' needs and providing the best service.
So far, so good - except that the company has recently been recognized by national organizations for excellence in design, advertising and marketing.
"We've always done what's right for our clients, period. Now, however, we're getting high-profile recognition," said Steve Ealy, USFI's Senior Director of Creative and Marketing.
The Davey Awards recognizes up-and-coming communications firms performing at a level equal to the largest ad agencies. For the past five years, the work of USFI has been awarded Gold and Silver statuettes. In 2009, Daveys were awarded to USFI stakeholders for the extra value brought to clients in hospitality, pharma, audiovisual services and more:
AVMS Logo Design: Silver Award
The Grand Lodge Collateral: Silver Award
Getz Pharma Research Logo: Silver Award
SHM Website: Silver Award
BuyEfficient Online Banner Ads: Silver Award
Biodegradable Key Cards, for USFI: Gold Award
25th Anniversary T-shirt, for USFI: Silver Award
So much for remaining low-profile.
"Our primary concern is that our clients not get lost in all this," said CEO Ahmad. "Awards are nice but we don't build our future on them - our future will always be built on client service."
