A 36-year veteran of the marketing communications industry, Faisal Ahmad has been President and CEO of USFI since 1984. In the process of growing USFI from a handful of employees to its current roster of more than 70, Faisal has learned firsthand the importance of depth of focus for the success of an organization. Such focus is evident in every step of his interactions with USFI’s telecommunications, hospitality and financial clients as he oversees the development of solutions to their unique challenges. Throughout the entire process of strategic innovation, brand development, creative execution and the actual delivery of solutions in all media, Faisal is completely focused on ensuring that our commitments and promises to our customers are effectively—and creatively—fulfilled. In the past five years alone, that commitment has resulted in the formation of new corporate entities for the delivery of web solutions, green products, promotional products, distribution services and more. Clients invariably benefit from his imagination, global perspective and willingness to bring the best efforts of all available resources to clients’ challenges. Faisal has a master's degree in Marketing, Management and Finance. He is currently engaged with various civic, cultural and volunteer organizations.

Ed joined the USFI team in July 2000 as CFO. He currently oversees a staff of four accounting professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning and accuracy of our accounting systems. A Certified Public Accountant, Ed establishes and maintains our accounting standards and practices. Prior to his tenure at USFI, Ed served as our independent CPA for nine years through the firm of Surls, Chytil & Co. (now Lynn O. Surls & Co.), providing tax return preparation and consulting services, management consulting and support, litigation support and audit services. Prior to that, he worked with the CPA firm Tuggle & Burton PC. Ed received his bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1982 and earned his CPA in 1985.

Tim works with a “specialty team” of six account executives dedicated to providing a broad range of solutions to the hospitality industry. Tim joined USFI in 1993 as an account executive, was promoted to Director of Sales after seven years with the company, and then to his current position in 2009. Tim is focused on developing new relationships with hotel management groups. Before joining USFI, Tim was Director of Sales at A S Hospitality. He served as Vice President of Sales for Arlington Business Forms for three years prior. Tim holds a master's degree in Marketing from North Texas University and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.

Nancy Henger is a founding stakeholder of USFI, and serves today as Vice President. Originally hired in 1986 as a sales specialist for major accounts, Nancy established USFI in a dozen important industry verticals. While serving our key accounts, Nancy helped create USFI’s corporate structure, and helped establish several departments at USFI. For the past seven years, Nancy has also helped direct the growth of USFI’s Hospitality Division and managed its operations. Her passion is making sure USFI delivers the best possible service and deliverables to every client we have the privilege of serving. To that end, her role as Vice President makes Nancy a crucial point of access and accountability for USFI’s major clients.

David Porter, a member of the senior management team, joined USFI in 1990. He is responsible for engaging, developing and maintaining large accounts and client relationships at the local, regional and national level. David also mentors USFI’S younger associates throughout the organization. David has a degree from Eastfield College and has been in the advertising industry for more than 20 years. In his spare time, David enjoys hunting and professional bass fishing.

As Senior Director of Creative and Marketing for USFI, Steve Ealy develops conceptual solutions to address real-world marketing challenges, and then brings those concepts to life in the form of advertising, collateral and public relations in both traditional and “new” media. A veteran of major advertising agencies and client-side marketing, Steve has created campaigns for JCPenney, Pepsi, KFC, Wendy’s, American Airlines, Verizon, MetroPCS and many others. Since joining USFI in 1995, Steve has directed the growth of a small production and design department into a full-service creative agency for a growing list of clients in the telecommunications, hospitality and financial industries, specializing in brand creation, development and management. Steve is fluent in the languages of marketing, web and print design and human motivation. For USFI, Steve is responsible for the expressive component of all deliverables, from printed items to online solutions. His work has been recently recognized by the American Graphic Design Awards, the Davey Awards, the CUES Golden Mirror Awards, the Dallas Ad League, and the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council.

Steven has been in the IT industry since 1990, when he joined USFI. A member of our senior management team, he manages USFI’s technology initiatives, infrastructure and personnel. Steven has a long history in data analysis and what has come to be called data mining. Possessed with a keen business acumen, Steven shares his accumulated knowledge of the key industries we serve with clients and co-workers alike. Steven holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Colorado State University.

A seasoned veteran of the logistics “revolution” of the past two decades, Dan began his career as a Distribution Center Manager for Nestle Co. and subsequently developed logistics, warehousing and back office solutions for Abbot Laboratories, FoxMeyer Drug Company, Red Line Healthcare and Home Interiors and Gifts as Vice President of Distribution and Compliance. Dan is instrumental in creating and adapting logistics solutions for USFI’s full range of clients, from direct marketers to national retailers to resorts, hotels and flags. Dan joined USFI in April 2008. His responsibilities encompass all logistics functions within USFI. He holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from Pace University in New York.

Robert has worked in the IT industry since 1988, following his education at Brigham Young University and the University of Texas at Dallas. Robert began his career with Micrografix, working as Internet Services Manager for 10 years, moved to Alibre as Webmaster, and then the Helms Group as Technology Consultant. Robert has developed software, designed websites, written databases and created “one-off” solutions for partner sites, online collaboration and messaging applications. Since joining USFI in 2003, Robert has worked with clients to develop strategic solutions to real-world challenges with online, mobile and digital technologies. Recognizing the strength of aligning with industry standards, Robert directed efforts to attain Microsoft Gold Partner Certification for USFI in 2009. Robert today oversees the planning, design, building and maintenance of client websites.

Rowdy has been in the IT industry for more than 18 years and has worked in all areas of technology, including Database Systems, Business Intelligence, Software/Product Development, Network Infrastructure, IT Operations and Resource Management. He has significant background in creating solutions for clients in the telecommunications, consulting and retail industries. Rowdy has more than 10 years of Senior IT management experience and draws upon it daily to provide a top-notch level of service to our clients. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.
