First Horizon mortgage counselors use USFI’s Dynamic Marcom to customize marketing collateral
Mortgage counselors can now select highly targeted, marketing sales sheets—containing dynamic components such as loan information, pictures of houses for sale, and detailed information about the mortgage counselor and real-estate agents—to help First Horizon stand apart in the crowded home loan market. These sales sheets are a key tool in getting the name out in front of prospective customers to originate the loan.
Dynamic Marcom, a Web-based application developed by USFI, offers the flexibility of customizing the flyers based on the audience, the product and the location. It also helps maintain the corporate image and brand standards of First Horizon through a consistent look and feel of flyers across its various markets.
