MetroPCS

Among the first wireless operators to deploy an all-digital network, MetroPCS enjoys a presence in: San Francisco/Sacramento, CA; Miami, FL; and Atlanta, GA.

MetroPCS was faced with the challenge of keeping the look and feel of stores across the three metro areas consistent. The solution lay in MetroLook, a customized version of USFI’s proprietary Dynamic StorePlanner. It was developed and deployed in less than four weeks by the technology solutions team at USFI. Being Web-based, MetroLook is a time-saver that combines ease of use with powerful capabilities.

It allows information about store floor plans, company bulletins, and guidelines for display of communication graphics to be uploaded by corporate to the MetroLook website. Store managers in turn can quickly and easily access this information and use it to create a common environment in their stores, preserving brand integrity in all markets.

The tool facilitates easier planning and setup by individual stores. Customers find the stores easier to navigate, increasing their comfort level and positive association with the MetroPCS brand.
