We have used USFI for several years and I have had complete satisfaction in the attention to all custom printing needs. Being in the hospitality sector of business, we can be demanding at times. We currently use several Millennium branded products that we purchase on line. The Internet web site is most easy to use and all our line mangers enjoy the flexibility of ordering on “our” time in off-peak hours. Not having to make that call during business hours and trying to reach someone is most helpful. Orders are accurate, delivered on time, and usually exceed our expectations. Billing is convenient as well, and if a product is not in stock we are informed and every effort is made to even have it shipped overnight if needed. We are able to lower our inventory, knowing that we can count on USFI to deliver exactly when we need it!
Last but not least, when I have had to speak with someone at USFI my experiences have always been good ones. Everyone is eager to assist and make sure I receive what I need to conduct our business. USFI has accountability in every product and service they provide.
