Sometimes, a client’s brand just doesn’t reflect what the company is really about. When USFI undertook a total rebranding of BuyEfficient, the nation’s fastest-growing purchasing consortium serving the hospitality industry, we discovered a brand that wasn’t reaching its target audience, much less presenting a compelling reason to choose the client’s services.

Action

All better now. After a thorough brand review, USFI developed a totally new brand identity package, a new website combining Flash and dynamically generated pages, and a new way of talking about what the company does in ads and collateral. Taken together, all the new messaging conveys a sharp, confident young company that’s definitely onto something.

Results

BuyEfficient today wears a brand true to its actual mission: making purchasing increasingly efficient for hotel owners and operators. That's never been more important than it is now, with the economy slumping into its fifth quarter of recession. And clients have responded enthusiastically, which is saying something these days. Want proof? Traffic to their website is up more than 80%, new customer partners have grown by 22%, and revenues are 18% above last year’s.
