Since every guest receives a room key, USFI took an average, run-of-the-mill key holder and combined it with a folded property brochure to create a new marketing medium. We call it the Pocket Concierge!
Custom-designed for each property, the Pocket Concierge includes a nifty sleeve to hold a key card, and it unfolds into a manageable-sized brochure that can feature property or local-area maps, cross-sell hotel services and amenities, and present special offers.
Since USFI began offering the Pocket Concierge to the hospitality industry in May 2005, hundreds of renowned hotels and resorts across the U.S. have utilized it as a must-have marketing tool. Sales for the Pocket Concierge have grown an average of 87% since it was launched, resulting in a sales volume of more than 10.6 million units.
